ò 1. I tapped the 9-Ball icon and see the game table, but nothing is happening. How do I start a game?

ò 2. I've launched the ball, but the flippers do not work. Yet I I am able to use the application buttons outside of 9-Ball to switch applications. What's going on?

As with real pinball machines, the ball must be set into play. This is usually accomplished by pulling the plunger, to shoot the ball onto the table.

With 9-Ball Pinball, you must also launch your ball onto the table. This is accomplished by pressing down the plunger. The plunger is the down button in the middle of your handheld.

We've seen some rare occasions on the initial launch of 9-Ball where the flippers do not work. To fix this problem, perform a soft reset by pressing the reset button the back of your handheld and then launch 9-Ball again. The flippers will now work.
